When connected to the head unit, it automatically restarts and disconnects. What should I do?

1. Please check whether the USB port at the Cabin Care receiver end is plugged in correctly, firmly and fully according to the manual, to prevent poor contact.

2. The Cabin Care camera must be powered by a 5V2A USB car charger; do not power it directly from the vehicle's built-in USB port.

3. If the USB port is correct, the vehicle's USB port may not supply enough power. In this case, you need to use a dedicated "Y-type cable" to connect an additional power supply,

Note: Conditions for using the Y-type cable: the customer needs to provide a car phone charging device that can draw power from the cigarette lighter, outputs 5V2A and has a USB-A female port (the use of a 12V power supply is strictly prohibited, otherwise the product will be burned out).
