I cannot update after entering the upgrade website. How can this be solved?

If the device fails halfway through an online upgrade, or the software is still the original version after updating, please note down the product's Bluetooth name, then plug the product into a phone charger and use your phone or computer to connect to the device's WiFi (the WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name shown on the product's main interface; the password is 88888888). After a successful connection, enter 192.168.1.101 in your phone or computer browser to access the device backend management interface, then tap "Update" again and wait for it to complete.

Friendly reminder: During the upgrade, be sure to keep the device powered on, do not operate your phone, and avoid the phone screen locking or exiting the upgrade interface; otherwise the upgrade may need to be performed again.
