1. Please check whether the original head unit has the CarPlay function and whether it has already been switched to that mode
2. Please check whether the USB cable is plugged in correctly, firmly and fully according to the manual
3. Try another USB port of the original head unit, and do not plug other devices into the other USB ports
4. Restore the original head unit system to factory settings and then reconnect
5. Replace the USB cable (you can try substituting an Android phone data cable)
6. Try carrying out a test upgrade using the PC upgrade method
7. If none of the above methods allows connection to the head unit, please follow the manual to upload a LOG to us, noting the vehicle model and year and the fault symptom, the vehicle's VIN (chassis number), and send us a screenshot of the successful upload screen; our engineers will analyze it as soon as possible
Additional note: When the device is running normally, the indicator light status should be solid red when power is connected, flashing blue when vehicle communication succeeds, and solid blue when the phone is connected successfully. During reset or upgrade, you may refer to the hidden button operation (after power-on, long press for 15 seconds and release to complete the reset).
