The device cannot be powered on after connection. How can this be solved?

1. Check the power connection: power supply, data transmission and flashing are all carried out through the port on the device body. Please make sure the data cable is plugged in firmly, or try switching to another USB power port of the vehicle for testing.

2. Perform a hardware reset: after the device is powered on, find the hidden button on the device body, long press it for 15 seconds and then release it; the device will automatically complete the reset and restart.
