1. Whether the product works depends on the power supply policy of the vehicle's USB port. Different vehicles have different power supply policies. In some vehicles, the USB port keeps supplying power for a period of time after the engine is turned off, so the product can still operate. We suggest customers unplug the product when it is not in use, or turn off the phone's Bluetooth, to prevent the product from automatically connecting to the phone after leaving the car.
