1. Product usage requirements: To use the product, your phone must support the DP protocol and have a Type-C port; this applies to both iPhones and Android phones. If you are not sure whether your phone supports the DP protocol, you can confirm it in the following way:
Visit the official GSMArena website (https://www.gsmarena.com/) and search for your phone model. Once it meets this condition, you can use the product to achieve wired screen mirroring. Note: The wired CarPlay function of this product can only be used on iPhones; Android phones cannot use the vehicle's CarPlay function through this product and can only use the product's screen mirroring function. iPhones can use wireless CarPlay, and iPhones can also be used for screen mirroring

- If your phone is already connected to the product's wireless CarPlay, enter the URL 192.168.1.101 in the browser to access the server backend, then click the reset option.
- If the device is not connected, use an iPhone to connect to the product's WiFi (the WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name), enter the password 88888888, then enter the URL 192.168.1.101 in the browser to access the server backend and click the reset option.
2. **Physical reset method**:
- Preferably use a SIM ejector pin to long press the reset hole for 10 seconds to reset; the location of the reset hole: as shown in the figure below

**Online upgrade method for Android phones**:
- Please turn on your Android phone's WiFi, search for the Mirror touch CA450 WiFi and tap to connect (the WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name); the password is 88888888. (If a network notification pops up, please tap YES)
- Enter 192.168.1.101 in the phone browser to access the Mirror touch CA450 backend, then scroll to the very bottom of the page, where you can see the current software version number, then tap "Switch to P2P".
- Open your phone's Settings >> go to WiFi >> Advanced settings >> WiFi direct, tap the Mirror touch CA450 WiFi and connect (the WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name); there is no need to enter the password again.
- Enter 192.168.1.101 again in the smartphone browser to access the Mirror touch CA450 backend, then scroll to the very bottom of the page; if an update is available, you can tap "Update".
