2. Reset the product and upgrade it to the latest version; *Online reset method:**
1. **Phone reset method**:
- If your phone is already connected to the product's wireless CarPlay, enter the URL 192.168.1.101 in the browser to access the server admin page, then tap the reset option.
- If no device is connected, use an iPhone to connect to the product's WiFi (the WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name), enter the password 88888888, then enter the URL 192.168.1.101 in the browser to access the server admin page and tap the reset option.
2. **Physical reset method**:
- Preferably use the SIM eject pin to press and hold the reset hole for 10 seconds to reset; the reset hole location: as shown in the figure below

- If your iPhone is not connected to Mirror Touch CA450's wireless CarPlay, turn on the phone's WiFi, search for Mirror Touch CA450's WiFi and tap to connect (the WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name), password 88888888. Then enter 192.168.1.101 in the iPhone browser to access the Mirror Touch CA450 admin page, scroll to the very bottom of the page to see the current software version number, and if an update is available, tap “Update”.
