1: Reset and update the device: press and hold the button for 15 seconds to reset the device.
To update on an Android mobile phone:
(1) If you have already connected Android Auto wirelessly, first disable Bluetooth and forget the WiFi network.
(2) While the device is powered on, press and hold the button for 3 seconds, then release it. The LED indicator will turn green after 1-2 seconds.
(3) On your phone, go to Wi-Fi >> Advanced Settings >> Wi-Fi Direct and make sure the WiFi is connected.
(4) Enter 192.168.1.101 in your smartphone's browser, then tap “Update”.
2: Set the audio streaming mode: after successfully connecting your device to your phone, open the address “192.168.1.101” in the browser. Once you are in the device's web interface, select the appropriate audio streaming mode until it shows OK. The device restarts automatically after each selection, so please be patient.
If the above methods still cannot solve the problem, please contact customer service and provide the Log (the manual describes how to collect the Log), a video describing the fault, and the car's year, model, and multimedia head-unit software version.
