1. Enter Settings:
Open the device's home screen, find and tap the “Settings” icon.
2. Enter Engineering Mode:
In the Settings menu, scroll to find and enter “Engineering Mode”.
3. Adjust the delayed startup setting:
On the Engineering Mode page, scroll down and find the “Delayed startup setting” option.
The delayed startup mode has 4 levels to choose from: 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, and 20 seconds.
First select 5 seconds, then tap Confirm, and the device will restart automatically.
After the restart, test whether the device works properly. If the problem still exists, continue trying the other levels (10 seconds, 15 seconds, or 20 seconds) until the problem is solved.
If the problem is still not solved after adjusting the delayed startup setting, check whether there is a newer firmware:
Tap the “FOTA (System Update)” icon on the home screen.
If new firmware is found, upgrade to the latest version first, and then test again.
