Why can't the APP downloaded on the product be opened or logged in properly, or does video playback stutter?

1. Clear the APP cache and check for APP updates.

2. Reset the product and check for product updates (press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds; the white light staying on steadily for 10 seconds means the reset is complete).
