Video playback keeps stuttering and the picture keeps freezing. The firmware update always fails and shows an error. How can this be solved?

1. Upgrade and reset the product: (1) Update on iPhone:

While the device is powered on, please manually join the adapter's WiFi network [AdapterMX-xxxx]; the password is 88888888. Next, enter 192.168.1.101 in the iPhone browser, then tap "Update"

(2) Update on an Android mobile phone:

1. Update on your Android smartphone: on the Android phone, connect to the adapter's WiFi network [Auto-xxxx] (you can find it on the car screen); the password is 88888888. If an internet access notification pops up, please tap "Yes".

2. Enter 192.168.1.101 in the smartphone browser, then tap "Switch to P2P"

3. On your phone, go to WiFi >> Advanced settings >> WiFi Direct, tap [Auto-xxxx] and make sure it is connected.

4. Enter 192.168.1.101 in the smartphone browser, then tap "Update".
