The Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting frequently, and I cannot connect to the camera and/or CarPlay properly.

1. Check the physical connection and power supply.

2. Reset the car's multimedia head unit.

If the connection is still unstable, find the reset option for the multimedia head unit in the vehicle settings, perform the reset, and then try to connect again.

3. Clear the phone's connection records and connect again.

4. Update the product.
