The car supports both wired CarPlay and wireless CarPlay, but the device can't connect using the car's wired CarPlay

1. Reset the car head unit

2. Clear the Bluetooth connection history on the phone

3. Use the phone to connect to the car and activate the car's wired CarPlay

4. Connect the device again
