1. The phone must not be connected to the car's Bluetooth or any other Bluetooth device; otherwise there will be no sound either.
2. The sound on the car stereo must be turned on. If the car stereo is muted, there will be no sound.
3. If the sound on the car stereo is on and the phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth device, also check whether the phone's sound is turned on.
4. If there is still no sound, switch the car's multimedia head unit function to the radio, then switch back to the CarPlay function, and the sound will come out.
5. If there is still no sound after all the above checks, the device needs to be updated and reset. To do so, connect the phone to the Cabin Care Wi-Fi (the Wi-Fi name is exactly the same as the Bluetooth name), with password 88888888. After the phone connects to the device's Wi-Fi, open the phone's browser, enter 192.168.1.101 in the address bar, and tap Confirm to enter the Cabin Care backend. If newer software is available, update it first, then reset the device.
