The product's light stays red when connected to the head unit, and it cannot power on

1. Confirm whether the head unit supports wired CP (this product can only be used on vehicles that support wired CP)

2. Confirm whether the head unit's CP/AA channel is occupied (it is recommended to clear all Bluetooth connection records on the head unit)

3. Reset the product and reset the head unit (

long press the reset button for 15 seconds; solid white light

for 10 seconds indicates the reset is complete.)

4. Connect using a Y-cable and confirm that the auxiliary power cable is connected to the cigarette lighter power supply.
