The product has audio delay and a raised pitch. How can I solve this?

1. Upgrade and reset the product: (1) Update on the iPhone:

With the device powered on, manually join the adapter's WiFi network [AdapterMX-xxxx], password 88888888. Then enter 192.168.1.101 in the iPhone browser and tap “Update”.

(2) Update on an Android mobile phone:

1. To update on an Android smartphone, connect the Android phone to the adapter's WiFi network [Auto-xxxx] (you can find it on the car screen), password 88888888. If an internet access notification pops up, tap “Yes”.

2. Enter 192.168.1.101 in the smartphone browser, then tap “Switch to P2P”.

3. On your phone, go to WiFi >> Advanced settings >> WiFi Direct, tap [Auto-xxxx] and make sure it is connected.

4. Enter 192.168.1.101 in the smartphone browser, then tap “Update”.

Reset method: use the SIM eject pin to press and hold the reset hole button on the device for 15 seconds to complete the reset. 2. Adjust the audio stream in the admin page. 3. Afterwards, submit the log in the admin page and send a video to customer service.
