No sound during phone calls

1. Use your phone to connect to the device's Wi-Fi (the Wi-Fi name is exactly the same as the Bluetooth name, and the password is 88888888).

2. After connecting to the Wi-Fi, open the browser and enter 192.168.1.101 to access the device's admin page.

3. After entering the device's admin page, select the appropriate audio stream mode until OK is confirmed. The device will restart automatically each time you select a mode; please wait patiently for the restart to complete before testing the call sound again. If there is still no sound in the current mode, enter the admin page again and switch to another mode until you find the mode that suits you best.

4. How to reset the car multimedia head unit: please refer to the vehicle's user manual or look for the restore factory settings option in the car's settings menu.
