- Can't download apps from Google Play
- Screen stays black after powering on
- When streaming YouTube videos over the phone's hotspot, the video won't play and the page just keeps loading
- WiFi connects but it says there's no network
- Apps (such as Spotify) crash frequently on their own and the volume fluctuates sharply
- Audio volume goes up and down on its own; when answering a call, only the screen AI has sound and there's no sound from the car
- How do I update the firmware?
- Only one channel of the built-in speaker produces sound
- The touchscreen doesn't respond, and the screen also goes black
- Audio is delayed/interrupted
- Device frequently freezes and the screen goes black
- Network connection is fine, but Netflix won't let me log in
- Stuck on the startup screen after the upgrade
