It works normally for a while right after connecting, but after some time the screen freezes or the connection drops.

1. Check whether the head unit's wired CP (CarPlay) function works properly. It is recommended to clear the Bluetooth connection history on the head unit once.

2. Reset the product and reset the head unit (press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds; the white light staying on steadily for 10 seconds indicates that the reset is complete).

3. Connect using a Y-cable and confirm that the auxiliary power cable is connected to the cigarette lighter for power.
