Cannot connect to the remote control via Bluetooth

Pairing Method 1:

Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds. When the indicator light flashes rapidly, release the button to enter pairing mode. In the Bluetooth settings of the device to be connected, search for the name “G20BTS” and pair with it. After successful pairing, the LED will stay on for 2 seconds and then turn off.

Pairing Method 2:

Simultaneously press and hold the OK + Fast-forward buttons for 3 seconds. When the LED flashes rapidly, release the buttons to enter pairing mode. On the device to be connected, search for the device name “G20BTS” and perform pairing. After successful pairing, the LED will stay on for 2 seconds and then turn off.
