It only gives me the CarPlay option; I cannot connect Android Auto

Check whether the car head unit supports the wired CarPlay protocol.

1. If the car head unit supports wired CarPlay:

You can use an Android phone to connect to the device's Bluetooth and connect wireless Android Auto.

2. If the vehicle only supports wired Android Auto:

This device supports the wired CarPlay protocol by default. If your vehicle only supports wired Android Auto, use a SIM card pin to press and hold the reset hole (RESET) on the side of the device for about 3 seconds, then release it, followed by one short press. After the device restarts, it will successfully switch to the wired Android Auto protocol and connect to the car head unit. To switch back to the wired CarPlay protocol, the operation method is exactly the same.
