How do I update the firmware?

1. Contact customer service to get the latest firmware file;

2. Prepare a TF card and format it as FAT32, then copy the firmware file onto the TF card;

3. Insert the TF card into the N95's TF card slot, plug in the power and turn the device on — the system will upgrade automatically as prompted.
