It works normally for a while right after connecting, but after some time the screen freezes or the connection drops.

1. Check whether the wired CP function of the head unit works properly.

It is recommended to clear the Bluetooth connection records on the head unit once.

2. Reset the product and the head unit (press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds; a steady white light for 10 seconds indicates the reset is complete).

3. Connect using a Y cable and make sure the auxiliary power cable is connected to the cigarette lighter for power.
